摘要
目的:探讨不同的酸处理时间对军团菌生长的影响。方法:在嗜肺军团菌细菌悬液中加入等量的酸处理液(pH2.2),分别放置不同的时间,然后接种GVPC平板,采用菌落计数比较不同的酸处理时间对军团菌生长的影响。同时比较不同的酸处理时间对嗜肺军团菌和铜绿假单胞菌混合液的作用,观察其对铜绿假单胞菌的抑制作用。结果:3~5min酸处理对嗜肺军团菌生长的影响较小。对于混合液,3~15min酸处理均可抑制杂菌的生长,但3~5min酸处理对军团菌生长的影响小。结论:适当的酸处理时间可抑制杂菌的生长,且对军团菌生长的影响小,可有效提高军团菌的检出率。
Objective: To investigate the influence of different acidation time on the proliferation of Legionella. Methods: The equivalent volume of pickling agent (pH 2. 2) was added to suspension of Legionella pneumophila. The mixture was inoculated on GVPC plates after laying aside for various periods of time. Colony count was used to compare the influence of different acidation time on the proliferation of Legionella and the mixture of Legionella pneumophila and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Meanwhile, inhibition to Pseudomonas aeruginosa by pickling agent was also observed. Results:The proliferation of Legionella pneumophila in bacterial suspension of Legionella pheumonphilia as well as in the mixture of Legionella pneumophila and Pseudomonas aeruginosa was little affected by acidation for 3-5 min. As to the mixture, contaminating bacteria can be in hibited by acidation for 3-15 min. Conclusion:Appropriate period of acidation has little influence on the proliferation of Legionella and inhibits the proliferation of contaminating bacteria, which can improve the detection rate of Legionella.
