摘要
以面向对象思想和参数化造型技术为指导,通过C++程序语言、MS SQL Server2000数据库和UG NX二次开发工具,构建过程装备产品设计系统,最终实现过程装备部件的结构设计计算、三维几何模型快速造型以及模型管理等功能。详细介绍了该系统的体系结构及实现方法,着重阐述设计计算、几何造型、数据管理等功能的实现方法,并以换热器为实例加以说明,其他过程装备可在系统框架下方便地扩充。
The process equipment product design system, which is based on object-oriented and parameterized modeling technology, is established by using C++, MS SQL Server2000 and developing tools of UG NX. The function of system includes three items of computation of structure design, 3D modeling and information management. The frame of system and the method for function realization are illustrated. Heat-exchanger is used as a design sample. The design of rest equipments could be realized by extending the frame.
