摘要
活齿端面谐波齿轮传动是综合传统的谐波齿轮传动和活齿传动的优点而发明的一种新型传动装置。在进行活齿端面谐波齿轮减速器虚拟样机三维建模及装配的基础上,基于Pro/ENGINEER软件机构仿真功能,实现了该减速器虚拟样机的活齿与端面谐波齿轮及端面齿轮的空间啮合运动仿真及动态分析。
The end face harmonious gear drive of oscillating teeth is a new type of driving device, which combines the advantages of the common harmonic gear drive and the oscillating tooth drive. Based on the 3D modeling and virtual assembling for the prototype of reducer, the kinematic simulation and dynamic analysis of the reducer are realized by using Pro/ENGINEER software.
