摘要
通过对传统工艺数据管理模式和管理内容的深入分析,扩充了工艺数据管理范围,提出了基于产品配置的工艺数据管理模式,并运用面向对象的建模技术从工艺数据以产品配置为导向的角度出发,构建了该管理模式的组织方式模型和关系数据库模型,从而有效地避免"信息孤岛"的产生,实现了企业工艺数据的有序、有效管理。最后结合基于产品配置的工艺数据管理的流程图,给出了系统的应用实例,验证了该管理模式的可行性。
By analyzing the traditional mode and content of process data management, the management range of process data is extended, and the mode of process data management based on product configuration is put forward. Moreover, the models of this architectonic mode and its database are built by the object-oriented modeling technology, thereby the “detached island of information” is avoided, and the process data in enterprises can be managed orderly and effectively, at last, an application instance is addressed with the flow chart of process data management, so the feasibility of this mode is proved further.
