浅谈房地产开发项目成本控制

房地产开发项目的工程造价控制贯穿于项目运作的全过程,每一阶段都不同程度影响到房地产开发项目的成本、费用、利润。通过分析房地产开发项目全过程中各个环节的成本控制方法,分析成本运作管理机制,提供成本控制优化措施。

This paper aims at the problems of controlling the cost of new reale state project development, and the cost controlling that runs through all process of new project exploiting. Every phase could influence the cost expense and profit. In this paper, cost controlling of every tache in the process of new project exploiting was analyzed detailedly, and several control and optimization methods were also given on the basis of analyzing with the cost＇ s management system.
