薄壁钛焊管在双半径孔型与W孔型中成形的特点

摘要 宝钛集团有限公司20世纪80年代从美国T&H公司引进的焊管生产线,经过多年的研究和实践,并参考国外先进经验,将原有的双半径孔型改造设计成W型孔型,提高了钛焊管的焊接成品率及管材的表面质量。介绍了双半径孔型与W孔型成形特点,比较了钛带在这两种孔型中成形的纵向变形及横向变形情况,分析了W孔型在钛带边缘成形方面优于双半径孔型的原因。 BaoJi Titanium Industry Co., Ltd introduced tube-welding production line from American T & H corporation in eighty decade twenty century, whose roll adopted from double-radius aperture design. Although this design of passes had many advantages in theoretically, but there were many disadvantages for production of tin wall Ti tube-welding, including incomplete edge molding in belt production and serious damage surface which leads to fall away of the properties for welding tube. After researching and practicing for many years, taking advanced experience from abroad into account, a new type of W-aperture was designed to be based on doubleradius aperture, in which the yield of tin wall Ti tube-welding was increased and the surface quality improved. This paper introduced the molding features both double-radius aperture and w-aperture, and compared the situations of longitudinal and transverse deformation of Ti-belt in these two passes molding, the reason of molding edge with w-aperture superior to that with double-radius aperture was analyzed.
