摘要一、什么是通货膨胀目标制实行通货膨胀目标制主要目的是降低通货膨胀水平、稳定通货膨胀预期和经济增长；增强中央银行透明度和责任度．从而提高货币政策和中央银行的可信度。具体什么是通货膨胀目标制，有以下五种具有代表性的观点：
