冠状动脉造影冠状动脉内造影剂排空延迟186例分型
摘要
分析186例冠状动脉造影时冠状动脉内造影剂排空延迟的结果,根据不同情况和造影剂滞留现象进行分型,分别分为Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型(Ⅲa型、Ⅲb型和Ⅲc型)。结果以造影剂贴壁Ⅱ型为最多见,其次为Ⅲ型,再次则是Ⅰ型。其发生机制有待于进一步研究。
