十六大以来中国共产党区域经济政策研究述评

Comment on Researching of CPC's Regional Economic Policies from 16th NCCPC

区域经济发展是我国经济和社会发展进程中的一个重要方面,中国共产党历代领导集体都非常重视区域经济的协调发展,并根据不同时期的实际情况和经济发展的需要,提出了不同的区域经济政策。这些区域经济政策对实现区域经济协调发展,逐步消除区域之间的发展差距,实现全国的共同富裕,有着重要的理论和实践意义。十六大以来,学术界发表了大量的论著,对区域经济政策的内涵和基本问题、区域经济政策的意义和作用以及区域经济政策存在的问题进行了论述,并在此基础上提出了关于区域经济政策需要进一步探讨的问题。

As being an indispensable aspect of the evolution on economy and society in our country, each of the party＇ s generation has been emphasizing the balanced development of regional economy and publishing different regional economic policies by the practical situation and real needs at different time. It is just those stipulated policies that contain significantly theoretical and practical connotation for realizing balanced development regionally, gradually bridging the gap of regional imbalanced development and achieving the goal of prosperity for all. After 16th NCCPC, a large amount of treatises and dissertations have been published in the academe, making comment on the connotation, primary issues, function and existence of regional economic policies and, based on the previous, proposing further questions that need discussing more about regional economic policies.
