Practice and Exploration of the Communist Youth League Serving the Graduates' Employment and Craving Out

共青团组织作为党联系青年的桥梁和纽带,是大学生就业创业这项系统工程中的重要力量。本文主要从需求、供给、供求匹配三个方面论述了共青团服务于大学生就业创业的服务体系,并结合工作实践对共青团服务于大学生就业创业作了初步探索。

The Communist Youth League serves as bridge and bond in linking the young and the Party, and it is an important force in the graduates＇ employment and craving out. This article discusses the servicing system that the Communist Youth League serves the graduates＇ employment and craving out, and the author discusses this issue mainly from three aspects： demand, supply, supply and demand matching. Combining with the work practice, this article makes a preliminary exploration about the Communist Youth League serving in graduates＇ employment and craving out.
