摘要
高校教学管理队伍是高等学校的一支重要力量,随着高等教学事业的发展,对教学管理队伍提出了更高的要求。教学管理激励机制的建设,是调动教学管理队伍积极性,推动教学管理工作大力发展的重要手段。在分析当前教学管理队伍激励机制存在的主要问题基础上,就如何建立灵活多样的教学管理队伍激励机制进行了探讨。
Along with the development of higher education, greater demand has been set on the teaching management team, an indispensable force in the university. The construction of the incentive mechanism for such a team is an important means to make the staff more active and the management more effective. The paper, based on the analysis of the main problems existing in the mechanism concerned, discusses ways to construct a flexible and multi-facet mechanism.
