摘要
通过对宁波化工技术人才的需求分析,构建了"3+1"应用型化工技术人才培养方案,提出了以化工新产品研究开发和化工工艺设计为核心技能的化工应用型人才培养的基本建设思路,并就方案的实施在师资队伍建设、课程建设、实验室建设和实习基地建设等方面进行了对策研究。
Based on the needs analysis of chemical talents in Ningbo City, the paper designs "3 + 1" practical chemical talent training program, proposes the basic construction ways and means of such program which focuses on the key skills in the research and development of new chemical products and in the chemical technological design and studies the concrete implementation in the way of the construction in teaching staff, course, laboratory and practice base.
