建立政府、企业、学校三方联动机制推动产学研结合的探讨

The Establishment of the Linkage Mechanism of the Government,Enterprises and Colleges is the Fundamental Assurance of the Cooperative Education

目前我国高职院校产学研结合工作取得了一定进展,但还存在着企业积极性不高等问题。当前应主要围绕如何调动企业参与产学研结合的积极性这一核心问题,建立政府、企业、学校的联动机制,即应在政府层面建立产学研结合的促进保障机制,在学校层面建立产学研结合的主动适应、自我调节机制,在企业层面建立产学研结合的内在需求机制。

At present, the cooperative education has made some progress, but there are still many problems.The core problem is that the enthusiasm of enterprises is not high.The scarcity of the linkage mechanism of the government, enterprises and colleges is the root cause. We should establish the mechanism in order to mobilize enterprises to participate in the cooperative education. In particular, we should establish the accelerating and ensuring mechanism at the government level, the adaptative and self-regulating mechanism at the college level, the inherently demanding mechanism at the enterprise level.
