Co-buliding Vocational Students' Professional Ethics by School-business Cooperation

培养高职学生良好的职业道德,是提高学生就业竞争力和社会满意度的重要保证。传统的高职职业道德教育模式,缺乏企业参与和道德实践体验,难以适应企业的劳动力和人才需要。因此,要努力通过校企合作共同培养高职学生的职业道德,充分利用双方的资源优势,进行有效的资源整合,重点是吸收和利用企业的资源参与学生职业道德教育,提高学生职业道德教育教学成效。

Good professional ethics is an important guarantee of the power of employment ability and competitiveness for vocational students.Traditional model of professional ethics of vocational education lacks the participation of enterprises and practical experience of moral, which can hardly meet the needs of labor and talent. It is essential to improve professional ethics education and teaching effectiveness by school-enterprise cooperation which can make full use of both advantages and effective integration of resources.
