高职学报的发展面临着定位等诸多问题。应定位于从事应用性、技能型研究的"作者和读者群";在培育学院作者队伍方面,学报应发挥其发现和培育人才的功能,有所作为;高职学报编辑队伍的培养,应在开拓创新精神的培育、专业与博学、编辑学研究等几方面得到加强。

To develop higher vocational college joumals, the problem of the proper orientation should be studied deeply. They should be oriented to the ＂writer and reader cluster＂ engaged in the research of practical and applied skill. As for the training of writer cluster inside the college, the journals should contribute to the cultivation and discovery of the talents and strengthen developing creative spirit, specialty and erudition, and study of editorial science.
