Distributed Control System of Color Paper Printing Ink Color Preparation based on Network

针对我国绝大多数彩报印刷企业,在墨色预置方面仍然采用人工目测、手动调节和单印刷机操作等落后方法,提出一种基于网络的彩报印刷墨色预置分布式控制系统,该系统采用现场总线和PLC对多台彩报印刷机进行集中管理和墨色预置分布式控制,从而实现了印刷过程的高效自动控制。

Recently, most printing company in our country still use the undeveloped method in ink color preparation including artificial mensurment, manual adjustment, single machine operation. A new distributed control system is proposed based on the network of ink color preparation in color paper; This system makes center managements and distributed controls of ink color to several printing machines which realize the efficient automation control in the process.
