深入研究了海口市规划信息特点以及信息共享的要求,利用ASP.NET技术和ArcGIS Server、ArcSDE、SQL Server等工具软件,开展了海口市规划网络信息系统的研究。该研究设计实现了海口市规划信息网络系统及各模块功能,包括前台用户功能、WebGIS功能和后台管理功能。

After having a research on the character of Haikou city planning information and the demand of information share, the paper proposes the solution of the information release of city planning, using ASP. NET technology and the tools of ArcGIS Server, ArcSDE and SQL Server. The paper designs the Haikou City Planning Information Release System and implements the function of each module, including foreground user function, WebGIS function and background management function.
