圆柱凸轮槽廓形及加工误差的研究

Study on the Axial Cam Path and Mismatching Tolerance

圆柱凸轮槽廓形非常复杂,本文对圆柱凸轮槽廓形的形成进行了分析,并计算得出槽深、槽宽与廓形的关系。同时,分析用不同直径的圆柱铣刀加工同一凸轮槽带来的加工误差,并利用MasterCAM仿真不同直径的圆柱铣刀加工同一凸轮槽的情况,验证了分析结果。

The shape of the cam path is very complex. The thesis analyzes the process of form the axial cam path, and mismatching tolerance of milling the cam path by the different cutters, summarizes the relation of depth, width with the shape of the axial cam path by account, then checks up that conclusion by phantom of MasterCam.
