摘要 本文通过试验和理论的结合,对薄壁箱型梁的焊接变形进行了预测。主要基于ANSYS软件,采用热弹塑性有限元法分析了焊接时梁的变形情况,并进行了试验研究,所得结果吻合很好,为大型薄壁结构的焊接变形预测提供了有价值的数据和方法。 In this paper numerical and experimental investigation of prediction of welding deformation of thin wall box beam is carried out. The thermal elastoplastic finite element method is used to analyze deformation characteristics of the welding beam. And the validity of the computational result is demonstrated compared with experimental data. Then valuable data and technique is provided for the prediction of welding deformation of large thin wall structures.
