瘀血痹胶囊质量标准研究

Quality standard for Yuxuebi Capsules

目的:建立瘀血痹胶囊质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对瘀血痹胶囊中威灵仙、当归、黄芪进行薄层定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对其中的丹酚酸B进行了含量测定。结果:在薄层色谱中可检出威灵仙、当归、黄芪的特征斑点。丹酚酸B在0.2188～2.1880μg线性关系良好(r=0.9999),方法的平均回收率为100.49%(RSD=1.80%)。结论:本法操作简便、准确、重现性好,能够较好地控制瘀血痹胶囊的质量。

Objective： To establish the quality standard of Yuxuebi Capsules. Methods： TLC identifications of Radix Et Rhizoma Clematidis ,Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Radix Astragali in Yuxuebi Capsules were carried out.The contents of salvianolic acid B were determined by means of HPLC.Results： The linear range of salvianolic acid B was 0.218 8- 2.188 0μg（r=0.999 9）; the average recovery was 100.49% （RSD=1.80%）. Conclusion： The methods reported in this paper are easy to operate and can provide accurate and reproducible results, thus are able to control the quality of Yuxuebi Capsules.
