碎石利排汤质量标准的研究

Study of quality standard of Suishilipai Decoction

目的:建立碎石利排汤的质量控制方法。方法:用薄层色谱法对碎石利排汤中的金钱草进行定性鉴别,并采用分光光度法对总黄酮进行含量测定。结果:薄层色谱分离效果好,斑点清晰,易于识别;平均加样回收率为98.4%(n=5),RSD=2.6%。结论:该方法较简单,重现性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制标准。

Objective： To establish the method of quality control of Suishilipai Decoction. Methods： Thin layer chromatography method was used to identify Herbar Lysimachiae in Suishilipai Decoction, and the contents of total flavones were determined by speetrophotometry. Results： The thin layer chromatography had fine separability, spots were fairly clear and easy to distinguish. Average recovery was obtained as 98.4% with RSD of 2.6%. Conclusion： This method can be adopted as a standard for the quality control of Suishilipai Decoction for its simple and repetitive features.
