摘要 目的:建立碎石利排汤的质量控制方法。方法:用薄层色谱法对碎石利排汤中的金钱草进行定性鉴别,并采用分光光度法对总黄酮进行含量测定。结果:薄层色谱分离效果好,斑点清晰,易于识别;平均加样回收率为98.4%(n=5),RSD=2.6%。结论:该方法较简单,重现性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制标准。 Objective: To establish the method of quality control of Suishilipai Decoction. Methods: Thin layer chromatography method was used to identify Herbar Lysimachiae in Suishilipai Decoction, and the contents of total flavones were determined by speetrophotometry. Results: The thin layer chromatography had fine separability, spots were fairly clear and easy to distinguish. Average recovery was obtained as 98.4% with RSD of 2.6%. Conclusion: This method can be adopted as a standard for the quality control of Suishilipai Decoction for its simple and repetitive features.
