小切口人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨颈骨折

Cemented hemiarthroplasty for the treatment of the femoral neck frac-tures in the elderly

目的:总结人工股骨头置换术治疗75岁以上高龄老人股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法:2003年12月～2006年12月,45例75岁以上老年股骨颈骨折患者,男24例,女21例,采用改良小切口骨水泥型人工股骨头置换术治疗。结果:平均住院20.6d,患者3周能早期下床活动,住院期间内无一例死亡,按Harris评分为91.3分。结论:人工股骨头置换术是治疗超高龄老人股骨颈骨折的最适当选择。

Objective：To invert the results of the hemiarthroplasty （without cemented）in the treatment of the femoral neck fractures in the elderly.Methods： From February 1996 to October 2004,47 cases of the femoral neck fracture treated by uncemented hemi-arthroplasty were reviewed.Results：The results were excellent at four years followup. Conclusion： Hemiarthroplasty is a good method in the treatment of the femoral neck fracture in aged patients.
