介入治疗难治性产后出血的护理研究

Nursing research to postpartum hemorrhage of refractoriness of interventional therapy

目的:探讨介入治疗产后出血患者的护理要点。方法:回顾分析我院2004年12月～2007年8月7例难治性产后出血患者行介入治疗的病例资料,通过对患者术前进行有针对性的心理护理,讲解此治疗方法的安全性和必要性,加强术后护理及并发症的观察。结果:7例患者经过介入治疗后,阴道出血停止,无并发症发生。结论:介入治疗产后大出血有效而迅速,创伤小,恢复快,配合做好术后护理工作,能预防和减轻可能发生的并发症,促进患者的顺利康复。

Objective：To investigate the nursing main points to postpartum hemorrhage patients of interventional therapy. Methods：Retrospectively analysed postpartum hemorrhage of refractoriness data of 7 cases from December 2004 to August 2007,who were operated with interventional therapy.Individual mental nursing was done before operation, and told the patients the safety and necessity of the method.Postoperative care and observation of the complications were strengthened.Results： After interventional therapy, the symptom of vaginal bleeding of 7 cases ceased, and no complications happened.Conclusion：The method of interventional therapy was effective,wound were little,recovery was quick.The method could prevent and lessen the psssible complications,promote the patients to successfully recover plus postoperative care work.
