摘要
回顾性分析512例外科急腹症病人的临床资料,总结外科急腹症病人的观察和护理重点,包括入院评估、护理查体、牵涉痛的观察、心理护理、外科急腹症诊断不明时的护理以及围术期的护理等。
Clinical data of totally 512 surgical abdomen patients were analyzed retrospectively. And key points of observation and nursing of surgical abdomen patients were summarized, including admission evaluation, nursing examination, observation on referred pain, psychological nursing and nursing care of surgical abdomen diagnosed indefiniteiy and peri-operative nursing care.
