辐射源在原油含水率自动监测技术上的应用及探讨

摘要 描述了辐射源(_(51)^(294)Am)的特点以及原油含水率自动监测仪技术的特性,含水仪的工作原理及结构性能,最后根据81#原油处理站现场测出来的数据进行讨论。经过理论计算,实现对含气原油含水率的在线分析,其主要技术指标:含水率测量范围1%-100%,精度:±1.5%。含气测量范围0-30%,精度:±0.25%。工作方式为全自动在线连续测量。该计量系统设计新颖,测量准确,安全可靠,进行稳定,使用寿命长,便于操作。特别是修正了由于原油中含气(乳化或游离)对含水率测量的影响,使该仪表在克拉玛依油田采油二厂的原油计量中发挥了明显的优势。 Radiant point(_(95)^(241)Am)'s charaeteristics and features of instrument for monitoring water-bearing rate automatically in crude oil are discribed in the paper,so are the working principle of instrument and properties of structure.Then,according to data from 81# crude oil processing station, discussion of it is presented.After calculation,online analysis of water bearing rate of crude oil are realized and main technical targets are put forward.Its working way is continuously measuring one after another online.This measurement system design is novel and its measurment is accurate, moreover,it is safe,reliable and stable.It is easy to operate and it has a long life especially after the effect of gas bearing on water bearing rate measurement is revised,this instrument palys an important role in crude oil measurement in the second oil recovery plant in karamay.
