摘要
利用轻汽油回炼来多产丙烯且降低汽油中的烯烃含量。轻汽油从预提升段进料,充分利用高温、大剂油比的环境使得轻汽油选择性地裂化成丙烯。在维持装置目前平稳运行的状况下,引用小型提升管催化裂化实验装置上的实验数据,利用PRO/II软件模拟确定轻汽油从稳定塔的第17层板抽出的液相是适宜轻汽油组分。经过模拟计算得出,公司80万吨/年催化裂化装置,采用轻汽油回炼技术每年能够增产丙烯约10000吨。
In this paper, it is put forward that decreasing the olefin content of gasoline and producing more propylene could be done by light gasoline recycle.Improving propylene by light gasoline cracking is to make full use of higher temperature and larger catalyst to oil ratio,when lifting zone is feeded with light gasoline.The fitting light gasoline from 17# tray of stabilizer is calculated by the PRO/II software,when the unit is stable in operation and the experiments that have been carried out on a small riser plant are used.The results show that:with the new technology,the production of propylene increases every year by 100000t.
