Psychological Rehabilitation for the Injured and Disabled Patients after Earthquake

地震往往会造成大量的伤残者,及时有效地对他们进行心理干预,有利于减缓地震和伤残对他们造成的心理创伤,促进患者心理健康的重建。本文着重分析了地震伤残者的主要心理表现和影响因素,并对震后伤残者出现的早期应激反应,焦虑、抑郁、自卑等负性情绪,以及患者对社交的恐惧心理提出心理干预的原则和具体对策。

The earthquake always results in a great number of the injured and disabled patients. So timely and effective psychological rehabilitation interventions are very helpful, especially for those survivors to relieve their psychological traumatic response caused by the earthquake, and renew their healthy psychological situation. The present article analyzes the chief psychological symptoms and influencing factors of the injured and disabled patients after the earthquake, and further provides some principles and strategies for the psychological rehabilitation, such as how to cope with the early stress response （anxiety, depression, self-abasement, and so on）, or how to deal with the social phobia.
