摘要 在对零组件生产周期抽样统计和分析的基础上,将具有时间概念的零组件生产周期与具有空间概念的企业制造物料清单M-BOM相结合,构建制造企业扩展型M-BOM,并将其倒树展开,形成以各装配零组件生产过程为边的有向无环网络图。基于关键路径搜索算法,获得制造企业产品组合件期望合理生产周期统计模型,并编程实现统计结果的树图和列表显示,从而为企业提供有效缩短产品交付周期和优化生产管理的数据支持。 On the basis of statistic and analysis of the part and subassembly samples, it makes the product cycle time with time conception and the manufacture enterprises M- BOM combined, constructs the enterprise manufacture cycle time BOM named EM- BOM. Then the EM - BOM is unwrapped backward, and becomes an active on edges network without ring but direction, whose edges mean the parts or subassembly' s manufacture activities. Based on the CPM it gets the statistic module of the product expectation cycle time, shows the statistic results by bill tree and list, which supplies some effective data support for shortening the product delivering process and improving the production management.
