摘要
气流参数对清粮效果影响极大,收获作业时常常需要根据脱出物的状况对气流参数进行调节,主要调节参数是气流的方向和气流速度。在对脱出物各成分在气流场中受力分析的基础上,在ADAMS中建立4种成分的仿真模型,对脱出物的运动进行仿真,其中短茎杆的模型采用圆柱体模型,而不是以往研究中常用的球体模型。仿真参数有气流速度、气流方向角、脱出物初始速度与方向,并对仿真结果进行了分析,发现气流速度的大小对脱出物运动状态的影响要大于其他参数对脱出物运动状态的影响,验证了所选择的气流参数能够基本实现籽粒与轻质杂物、颖壳的分离,从而为气流参数的选择提供了依据。
Stream parameters have a great effect on grain cleaning. During harvest, the stream parameters should be adjusted according to the threshed grains, mainly adjusting the direction and speed of the wind. It aims to set up a simulated model of four - grain ingredients in ADAMS, on the basis of analyzing the applied force that threshed grains receive in the stream field. The simulated model of stalk is cylinder but sphere. The simulated parameters include stream speed, stream directions, the original speed and directions of the threshed grains. By analyzed the simulation results, it works out the stream speed influences the moving conditions most. With the chosen stream parameters, the grain can be separated from the other ingredients, and provide foundations for choosing stream parameters.
