“厂网分开”改革以来浙江电厂面临的形势分析

SITUATION ANALASIS OF POWER PLANTS IN ZHEJIANG PROVINCE AFTER THE SEPARATION OF GRID AND GENERATION REFORM

"厂网分开"电力体制改革以来,电力经历了从过剩到短缺,再由短缺到相对过剩的发展周期,发电形势发生了根本性的变化,首先发电侧电力市场形成,其次一次能源价格持续上涨,第三燃煤机组比例过高,环境制约严重。本文对发电企业面临的严峻形势进行了分析,提出了浙江发电企业在电力体制改革过渡时期的对策建议。

Since the electric power industry of China has comparatively surplus again, power system reform, known as＂Separation of Grid and Generation＂, the experienced a development period from surplus to deficient and then to which indicates a radical change with the power generation situation. Firstly, a competitive market in the supply side is developed. Secondly the prices of primary energies are raised constantly. Lastly the new policies revolving environment protection are restricted by the high proportion of coal - fired power plant units. The essay proposes several suggestions for power plant enterprises in Zhejiang Province to survive the transition period of the electric power system reform, after analyzing the severe situation that power plant enterprises face.
