本文介绍了火力发电工程建设合同的特点,较详细地叙述合同谈判及签约的操作步骤和注意事项;为了使工程能顺利进行,提出在施工阶段加强合同管理,并强调经济合同的实效期间和合同管理程序。
This article introduces the features of contract in the engineering construction of thermal power generation, depicts the operation procedures and matters need attention during negotiating and signing contracts, presents the intensive contract management in the construction stage for trouble- free operation, and emphasizes the effective duration of economic contract and the procedures of contract management.
