摘要
本文利用无机晶体结构数据库(ICSD,2005)和Powdercell2.4 X射线衍射全谱拟合软件分别对W-WC、W_2C-WC、CoO-Co_3O_4三个两相体系进行了定量相分析。实验结果显示:对于上述简单的二相体系,在不存在择优取向和无定型相的条件下,定量相分析结果与其名义相组成非常吻合,可以试用于工业生产。
Three powder mixtures of W-WC, W2C-WC and CoO-Co3O4 were studied by rietveld quantitative phase analysis through the software of/CSD and Powdercell2.4. This study has shown that, for some simple crystalline systems such as these examples, rietveld method of quantitative phase analysis using XRD is simple and possible for industrial application.
