摘要
气相色谱电子捕获检测器测定工业设施验收中的邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯是一种灵敏度高的有效方法,但检测器的放射源极易受污染且很难清洗。改用氢火焰检测器测定则其灵敏度较低,无法分析低浓度的环境样品,今根据邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯浓度的高低分别选用氢火焰检测器和电子捕获检测器进行测定。
The ECD Gas chromatography is high sensitive method for Di-n-cotyl phthalate determination. ECD is a easily contaminated especially in high concentration determination of Di-n-octy1 phthalate for check of environmental facility. The work for ECD clean is not easy. For high concentration sample determination, the FID Gas Chromatography is better even though its lower sensitive to Di-n-octy1 phthalate.
