摘要
建立了复合材料等网格圆筒结构的等效刚度公式,结合等网格圆筒结构的质量公式、层合板理论和强度约束条件,讨论了等网格圆筒结构肋条参数的优化问题。计算结果表明,螺旋肋条的螺旋角φ的最佳取值为π/6;确定了肋条宽度与肋条间距比b/a和肋条高度H的取值区间。
An equivalent stiffness formula for composite in isogrid cylinder structures was established.The optimized design of the geometrical parameters of ribs was discussed according to the stiffness formula as well as the mass formula,theory of laminates and strength constrait of the isogrid cylinder structures.The result of calculations indicated that the optimum value of helical angle was π/6,the range of b/a(ratio of the width and spacing of ribs) and H(height of ribs)was also discussed.
