摘要
丁羟推进剂属于危险的含能材料,一旦报废必须得到及时、妥善的处理。本文从有效成分回收和整体资源化利用两种途径出发,系统地介绍了报废丁羟推进剂的再利用情况。通过讨论主要有效成分高氯酸铵(AP)和铝(Al)现阶段的回收方法,研究了其工艺成熟度、成本、回收率等诸多方面内容。通过对整体资源化利用途径的分析可知:将报废丁羟推进剂改型为工业炸药或烟火剂在理论上是一种更为理想的选择。
The HTPB propellant scrap which belongs to the dangerous energetic material must be treated friendly and timely. In the paper, the reuse of the HTPB propellant scrap is introduced systemically through two channels, which are recycle of the effective component and reuse of the whole propellant. On the basis of discussing on the recycle methods of AP and Al, which are the main valid components of the propellant, the feasibility of the process, cost and recovery rate are researched. The analysis of reuse of whole propellant shows that the theoretic ideal choice is using the HTPB propellant scrap as industry explosive and pyrotechnic compound.
