停电线路(设备)上感电和突然反电的分析

摘要 工作人员在停电的线路及停电的设备上工作时,可能遭受来自自然界的雷电、附近带电设备的投入和电容的耦合等感应电伤害;文章分析了由于人员的误操作、交叉跨越带电的导线断线、双电源和用户自发电等因素可能造成对停电的线路及停电的设备突然反电的多种原因,总结了在实际工作中应采取的安全防范措施。 When the work stuffs are working on the circuit and equipments in power failure, they may be hurt by induction electricity, such as the nature thunder and lightning, near electrified equipments throwing and capacitance coupling. Many causes of opposing electricity abruptly of the pwer failure circuit (equipments) are analyzed, such as the stuff mistake operation, the disconnection of crossover live wires, double power sources, and the electric power generation by users. The safe prevention measures in the actual job are summed up.
