Research and Application of Downward Mining Technique in Blasting and Caving Coal Big Inclined Thick Coal Seam

通过对超化煤矿22101工作面煤层倾角大、俯采布置的条件下采用炮采放顶煤回采工艺的研究,总结了各个工序采取的措施,并根据采面实际情况调整了回采工艺流程,做到了安全管理顶板,提高了采煤工效,保证了采面生产能力,降低了工人的劳动强度,为以后大倾角俯采条件下炮采放顶煤开采提供了成功经验。

Through the research on the blasting and caving coal mining craft at No. 22101 coal face of Chaohua Coal Mine under the condition of the big inclined angle coal seam and downward mining arrangement. The measures in every job order are summed up. According to the actual face circumstance, the mining craft procedure is adjusted. The safe roof management is done. The mining efficiency is raised. The face production ability is ensured. The worker labor strength is reduced. The successful experience is provided for the blasting and caving coal ming under the condition of bigigined angle and downward mining.
