摘要
随着生物信息学的发展,对RNA二级结构预测的准确性大大提高,使得RNA二级结构作为系统学资料成为可能。由于RNA二级结构更为保守,与功能的关系更为密切,利用它可以构建出更为自然的系统树,本文从RNA二级结构的获得及应用方面进行了简要综述。
The veracity of RNA secondary structure prediction is higher than before based on the development of bioinformatics,which let the RNA secondary structure to be the data of phylogeny amylase.Because of the more conservative of it structure and the closer relationship with function of RNA secondary structure we can produce a nature phylogenetic tree.In this study we reviewed the method of achieving RNA secondary structure and its application in phylogenetic analysis of botany.
