International Organization as Bureaucracy-On Rules for the World: International Organizations in Global Politics

摘要 国际组织是重要的国际关系行为体之一。然而，在国际关系研究中，有关国际组织的理论却是相对欠缺的，因为大部分的国际关系理论是围绕着国家和国家行为的，它们的出发点和归宿往往是以国家为中心的。这并不是说国际关系学者没有创立关于国际组织的理论，但是相比之下比较薄弱。 The theory of international organization has been underdeveloped as compared with the theory of state behavior in the study of international relations. The book Rules for the World: International Organizations in Global Politics written by two American scholars has constructed a systematic theory of international organization by applying the organization theory of sociology, and provided a better explanation to the behavior of international organizations in global politics.
