Optimization of the preparing technology of sulfonated polyethersulfone ultrafiltration membrane by means of uniform experiment design

摘要 采用磺化聚醚砜为膜材料,用L-S相转化法制备磺化聚醚砜超滤膜,并通过均匀试验设计,系统研究各因素对膜性能的影响,优化制膜工艺,找出回归方程和最佳工艺条件.结果表明:根据最优配方所制备的磺化聚醚砜膜的水通量为90.1 L/(m2.h),对聚乙烯醇的截留率达96.7%. Sulfonated polyethersulfone(SPES) ultrafiltration membrane was successfully prepared by means of L- S phase inversion method, with SPES as membrane material. The effects of various factors upon the performance of the membrane were studied by uniform experiment design. The prepared technology of SPES ultrafil- tration membrane was optimized. The model equation and optimal technologic condition were acquired by means of regress analysis. It was found the flux of the optimum SPES membrane was 90.1 L/(m2 ·h) and the rejection to PVA was 96.7 %.
