摘要
采用纳滤设备进行丝素蛋白酶解液的脱盐试验,研究了操作参数对脱盐试验的影响.结果表明,操作压力1.0 MPa、进料温度35℃、进料质量浓度45 g/L和进料流量90 L/h为其最佳的工艺参数.经过纳滤脱盐试验后,丝素肽回收率达到92%,干燥后产品灰分含量为2.34%,此法在技术上是完全可行的.
Nanofiltration technology was used in the dasalting from silk fibroin hydrolysate. The influence ot operating parameters on experimentation was studied. The optimum operating parameters of NF(nanofiltration) were obtained as follows, operating pressure 1.0 MPa, temperature 35℃, mass concentration 45 g/L and runoff 90 L/h. After NF process the recovery rate of silk fibroin peptide was 92 % and ash mass fraction of dried product was 2.34%. It was demonstrated that the desalting method was efficient.
