摘要
采用共沉淀法制备了Mo-Co-Fe-Bi系列复合氧化物催化剂,在自制的小试评价装置上,考察了反应温度、气体空速、水醇比、氧醇比、原料浓度等因素对异丁烯(或叔丁醇(TBA))催化氧化制甲基丙烯醛(MAL)反应性能的影响。结果表明:在反应温度395℃,原料比n(TBA)︰n(H2O)︰n(Air)=1︰3︰10、气体总空速1800h-1、常压的条件下,TBA转化率100%,异丁烯转化率达97.6%,MAL单程收率达到83.2%,COx收率低于10%。
Mo-Co-Fe-Bi series composite oxides were prepared by coprecipitation method. Influence of reaction temperature, gas space velocity, water/alcohol ratio,oxygen/alcohol ratio and feedstock concentration on reaction performance of catalytic oxidation ofisobutene (or tert-butyl alcohol,TBA)to synthesis methylacrolein(MAL)was investigated on self-built experimental evaluation equipment. The results show that under the conditions of n (TBA) : n (H2O) : n (Air)=1 : 3 : 10,spacevelocity=1 800 h^-1 at the reaction temperature of395 ℃ andthe pressure of latm,the conversions of TBA and isobutene 100% and 97.6% ,respectively. One way yield of MAL reaches 83.2% and COx yield is less than 10%.
