摘要
抚顺页岩油在滴流床反应器小型加氢试验装置上的试验结果表明,采用抚研院催化剂,页岩油中硫脱出率可>90%,氮脱出率可>80%。催化剂活性和稳定性良好。生成油160~370℃馏分油满足欧Ⅳ排放标准的柴油指标要求。
Hydrotreating of Fushun shale oil was studied in a pilot trickle-bed reactor with FRIPP hydrofining catalyst. Denitrogenation conversion of the feedstock was higher than 80%and desulfurization convesion was higher than 90%. Activety and stability of catalyst was excellent. Diesel fraction in the liquid hydrotreating products meets EN590-99 specification.
