摘要 介绍中油抚顺石化公司石油二厂含硫含氨污水的净化和回收利用情况。61万t/a酸性水汽提装置是采用技术成熟的单塔加压侧线抽出汽提工艺技术,将汽提塔侧线富氨气抽出,经结晶吸附技术脱硫后压缩成液氨产品。酸性水经处理后得到的净化水一部分送回南催化装置和150万t/a重油催化装置做洗涤水使用,一部分送至南北两套蒸馏作电脱盐除盐水,少部分送往污水处理场;产品酸性气送至脱硫制硫装置生产硫磺;产品液氨外销。 This paper introduces the sewage purification and reclaim,which the sewage contains sulfur and ammonia, in Petro China of Fushun petrochemical company petrochemical plant NO.2.6.1 million ton per year acidic steam stripping equipment adopts skilled technology by compressing sidetrack and drawing out steam stripping in single tower, and elicits the abundant ammonia in the steam stripping tower sidetrack, then compress into liquid ammonia after desulfurized by crystallizing and absorbing technology. Acidulous sewage after disposed gained purified water,one part lay back to the south catalyse-equipment and 15 million ton per year heavy oil catalyse-equipment as washing water and others send to north and south distillation equipment as electric desalting and dewatering, a little send to sewage disposal plant. The Acidity Gas as production send to desulfurization and making sulfur equipment to product sulfur and the production of liquid ammonia will be sold.
