Process Technology and Development Tendency of Acrylic Acid in China

介绍了当前国内丙烯酸行业的生产现状、装置产能和工艺技术。我国丙烯酸装置产能正在逐年增大,竞争日趋激烈。目前生产工艺主要以国外技术为主,国产化程度不高,近年开始有国产催化剂实现工业应用。我国丙烯酸行业应继续自主研发技术,减少对国外的依赖程度,努力降低生产成本,大力发展下游产业。

This paper introduces the production situation,process technology,and development tendency of acrylic acid in China. With the growth of annual production, competition is becoming fiercer in acrylic acid. As the production process relies mainly on foreign countries technology at present,domestic level is not high. Some domestic catalysts have been applied in industry in recent years. As a result,we should continue researching and developing technology independently to reduce the dependence on foreign countries,make great efforts to reduce the production costs, and develop the downstream industry.
