摘要
研究了用火焰原子吸收法测定土壤中铜铅的最佳实验条件及其测定方法。通过对2种消解体系(硝酸-氢氟酸-双氧水体系,硝酸-氢氟酸-高氯酸体系)的对比,得出了铜铅的最佳消解方法为硝酸-氢氟酸-双氧水体系。通过对标准样品的多次测定,测定值均在其保证值范围内,铅相对标准偏差为1.3%~6.5%,加标回收率为94%~104%;铜相对标准偏差为3.6%~5.1%,加标回收率为93%~106%。该方法步骤简便、省时、省试剂,结果令人满意。
In this paper, a method was developed for the determination of copper and leader in soil by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS) ,the best expedmental condition was studied. Through comparison of two counteraction systems (HNO3-FH-H2O2 system and HNO3-HF-HClO4 system) , the best counteraction system is HNO3-HF-HClO4 system. It has been showed the relative standard error of 1.3%-6.5% and a recovery of 93% -107% for Pb;whereas a relative standard error of 3.6%-5.1% and a recovery of 93%-104% belong to Cu. This method is simple, quick, regent-saving and has a satisfying result .
