摘要
总结168例经颈椎前路钛网椎间植入+钛板内固定术患者的护理,做好术前心理护理,指导进行气管、食管推移训练;术后切实安置好体位、戴颈托制动、监测生命体征、密切观察伤口引流情况并给予循序渐进的康复训练指导。
168 nursing cases with titanium net implantation ＆ titanium plate fixation in the anterior cervical operation were reported. Pshycological nursing and the instruction for patients with pushing trachea and esophagus before operation were necessary. Setting good posture, braking with cervical supporting, monitoring vital signs, observing drain from wound and instructing recovery practice follow in order and advance step by step after operation were important.
