21例原位新膀胱术的观察与护理

The clinical nursing of 21 patients with studer orthotopic ilead neobladder

对21例膀胱癌患者实施回肠原位新膀胱术，术前充分准备及健康宣教；术后对引流管，并发症等的观察及预见性的处理；进行排尿功能训练。术后跟踪平均随访1．5年，新膀胱容量230～350mL，15例残尿量为0mL，4例为50mL，1例为20mL，1例为25mL。白天尿液可控率为100％，夜间遗尿3例。

21 patients with bladder cancer undergone studer orthotopic ileal neobladder was adequately prepared and health education before the operation ; they were observed and the possible complications were managed in advance after the operation; the training of voiding fimction was also effectively used. The average follow-up time was 1.5 year after operation. The volume of the neobladder was 230 - 350 mL, the post-voiding residual volume was 0 mL in 15 patients, 50 mL in 4 patients, 20 mL in 1 patient and 25 mL in 1 patient. Urinery continence rate was 100% in daytime and 3 cases showed night incontinence.
