螺旋CT增强检查病人焦虑状态的调查及护理对策

Investigation on patients' anxiety on enhanced Multi-detector Spiral CT and nursing strategy

目的:调查行螺旋CT增强检查的病人是否存在焦虑状态,并对产生原因进行初步分析,提出护理对策。方法:采用状态-特质焦虑问卷(ST-AI)对60例行螺旋CT检查病人进行问卷调查。其中CT平扫病人30例,增强检查病人30例。结果:行增强检查病人与平扫病人比较,状态焦虑评分有统计学差异(P<0.05),特质焦虑评分无统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:增强检查前病人存在明显的状态焦虑。正确评估病人心理状态,可提供有助于缓解焦虑的方法,提高CT增强检查的成功率。

To investigate patients anxious before enhanced multi-detector spiral CT, analyze the reasons of anxiety and make the nursing strategy. Methods： 60 patients who performed the enhanced MSCT exam quectioned by State-Trait Anxiety Inventory. They divided into experiement group comprised of 30 ordinary-exam patients and contral one comprised of 30 enhanced-exam patients. Results： The S-Al＇ s score of the experenent group is higher than the coutred graup. The two groups have no difference in FAI score. Conclusion： Patients are obvious state anxiety before enhanced exam. Properly evaluating patients＇ psychology and providing methods to relieve the anxiety, improve the succeuful probability of enhaued MSCT exam.
