反应烧结法制备Mo_2FeB_2基金属陶瓷的研究 被引量:10

Study on Mo_2FeB_2-Based Cermet Produced By Reaction Sintering Method

摘要 以Mo、Fe、FeB、Cr、Ni、C为原料,采用反应烧结法制备Mo2FeB2基金属陶瓷。研究了Mo2FeB2基金属陶瓷的合金元素和烧结工艺对其组织的影响,并用SEM、EDS、XRD等方法对材料微观结构进行分析。研究发现,w(Cr)=10%的Mo2FeB2基金属陶瓷在1 280℃烧结25 min时,所得材料晶粒细小均匀。 Using Mo, Fe, FeB, Cr, Ni and C powders as raw materials, Mo2FeB2-based cermet was prepared by reaction sintering. The influences of the alloying elements and the sintering process on microstructure were studied. The microstructure was characterized with SEM, EDS and XRD. The results showed that Mo2FeB2-based cermet with 10wt% Cr sintered at 1 280 ℃ for 25 min has fine and symmetrical grains and the superior mechanical properties.
